Hi! I’m Song.
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Women’s Fitness Specialist who offers fitness training and lifecoaching in-person and virtually.
I created Corepath to celebrate and support women at every stage of life. My goal is to offer a caring space where women can share their stories and connect. Wellness includes physical, emotional, and spiritual health, and I welcome all women. Corepath is a community that promotes support and knowledge sharing. Through group activities and events, I encourage growth, resilience, and lasting friendships. Each program respects your individuality and focuses on self-compassion as you face challenges. Join me to achieve your wellness goals, rediscover your strength, and embrace your journey together.

“My husband and I have a toddler and were pregnant with number two. We started seeing Song weekely during early first trimester. I was struggling with low back and hip pain from the pregnancy and my husband who was traditionally strong was struggling with tightness and recurring pain that was affecting his daily life.
Song saw us as a couple and worked with me to help my body adjust/prepare for the trials of pregnancy (with a toddler!) and postpartum. My back and hip pain quickly cleared. My body has been able to keep up with the demands from the last 40 weeks and I've had almost no pain. Since working with Song, I haven't felt limited in my abilities. I genuinely think my quality of life through pregnancy would be significantly worse without Song's guidance.
